Katcha Burnett

Katcha is an award winning agent, having achieved the #1 agent status in a company of thousands. In 2009, her team closed 61 home sales. Assisting buyers and sellers primarily in Santa Clara County, Katcha is known for her knowledge and experience from luxury homes to bank owned properties. She is one of the very few 'A' rated agents for Bank of America, and has several bank owned properties for sale at any given time. Katcha's passion is selling beautiful homes primarily through networking and personal contact. Katcha was born and raised in Los Angeles and spent her later youth living on a 40 acre farm in Oregon. Katcha holds the world's record for being talked into going to Hawaii in less than 1.5 seconds.

Karlene DiNapoli

Karlene DiNapoli joined Katcha's team as a Realtor in 2008. In 2009, she became a Broker Associate. On a daily basis, Karlene is the team lead in "making deals happen" between buyers and sellers. A master of operations and details, Karlene has an excellent knowledge of areas from San Jose to Gilroy. In addition, Karlene has experience in selling and just a general personal interest in horse property. She can assist you in either selling, obtaining, or developing your ideal equestrian facility (or, "a home for the ponies," as Karlene says.) Karlene is also a fabulous cook, which you might think has nothing to do with this, but if you become her client, definitely ask her to whip something up. You will be so glad you did you might lose control and buy or sell an extra property.

Joe Pink

Joe has lived in the in the Silicon Valley for many years. He has a a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus in Finance and Marketing from San Jose Sate University. Prior to real estate, Joe worked in the finance industry where he specialized in mortgage lending and retail/ business banking. In addition, Joe is a home designer; a hobby that has helped him with his successful real estate career. Pictured above with Karlene, Joe is a snappy dresser in addition to being a fabulous realtor. You will find Joe's enthusiasm and attitude is in line with his real estate skills - top notch. Located in our Santana Row office, Joe is centrally located to help you make your Silicon Valley area property purchase or sale a fabulous experience.

Helen McLean

Helen is new to the team in 2010, but not new to real estate. Experienced with both buyers and sellers since the 1980s, Helen works with select buyers for Katcha and Karlene. Whether Helen is showing you the most desirable seller occupied properties or our highly sought after bank owned listings, if you are in Helen's hands, you are in experienced, hard working hands. Originally hailing from Scotland (many years ago), Helen has two children, two grandchildren, a fabulous husband, and an even more wonderful German Shepard named Angus.
